Is it free to post?
Posting is free and CercaMarket does not charge a sales commission. Payment and delivery are arranged directly between buyer and seller.
Which details are public?
Your display name, city, listing photos and descriptions are public. Your registration name, phone and email stay private. Showing a phone number on a listing is a separate choice.
Does CercaMarket take the payment?
No. Integrated payments and buyer protection are not currently offered. Inspect the item and agree on payment directly with the seller. Never treat a message or screenshot as proof that funds arrived.
How do I report a problem?
Open the listing and select Report this listing. Describe the issue so the administrator can review it. Avoid sharing personal or payment information in your report.
Are items or sellers verified?
Listings and sellers are not independently verified. Ask questions, check the item and use the reporting tools if something looks wrong. A user account is not a guarantee of identity or product quality.
Can I use another language?
Choose English, Spanish, French or Arabic from the language menu. Your choice is saved on this browser. Listings and private messages keep their original language.
